Fitness First Platinum at Capital Tower won the industry Asia-fit Award 2002 with its stunning heated swimming pool, group exercise studio and cycling studio with an amazing view of the skyline. Located in the Grade-A Capital Tower building in the Robinson Road business district, it has both indoor and outdoor cardiovascular and resistance strength training equipment and a stretch area by the pool. It offers free workout attire, rental lockers, free towel service and personal training. Personal service is very much the key at this club.
